	Features & Construction This spectacular timber frame structure made of Douglas fir members were configured for aesthetic appeal and to provide functional space. As a boathouse, it offers two bays for ample shelter, state of the art boat washes, and room for dockside entertaining. On land just add a fireplace, spa (see our spa page), built-in grill, plus other amenities, and you will have the perfect pavilion for all family gatherings.
