We use only the best hi-line, appearance-grade framing lumber.
This premium lumber is kiln dried for maximum stability. It is superior to standard, export-grade product. This high-performance, renewable material is not available in the general retail marketplace and can only be purchased directly from selected sawmills.
Our hi-line, quality lumber means:

- better and cheaper finishing work
- less waste
We also use top-quality structural plywood for sheathing exterior walls, and for flooring. The result is a much stronger and lighter structure with better surfaces for installing and finishing drywall, as well as flooring materials.
